We’re Hiring: Client Service Specialist – Edmonds, WA

Sage Advisor Group | Hybrid (In-Office Initially) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Specialist, you will serve as a key member of our Service Experience Team and help ensure clients receive a seamless, professional, and personalized experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls and acting as a professional gatekeeper for the practice
  • Create an exceptional client scheduling experience and coordinate meetings efficiently
  • Prepare client meeting materials and assist with meeting preparation
  • Follow up with clients regarding service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Process simple trades and money movement requests
  • Support account maintenance and client service workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes
  • Collaborate with advisors and team members to support the overall success of the practice

Candidates should be willing to pursue licensing within a one-to-two-year timeframe.

Work Schedule

This position will begin primarily in-office to support training, onboarding, and integration into the practice.

After successful completion of training, there is potential for a hybrid schedule.
