Role Overview
The Client Services- New Business Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all new applications received all the way through funding and investment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Accurately process all new investment account applications
- Accurately process all new Annuity applications
- Manage between 30-50 cases on a weekly basis
- Accurately enter and update client data into CRM
- Follow up and resolve cases that are not in good order or need additional information
- Coordinate and complete conference calls between clients and delivery firms
- Maintain and update financial accounts as needed within CRM
- Provide advisor and client support
- Work with investment team members to ensure timely investment of client accounts
- Responsible for funding each client account (assets under management and annuity)
Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Preferred 2 years' experience in financial services (application processing a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detailed oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and excel
