Client Services Project Manager

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading data center developer and operator, delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure for enterprise, hyperscale, and government customers.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing Project Manager role focused on delivering data center white space projects (racks, power, cabling) on-site. You will coordinate across internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

•* Manage end-to-end delivery of data center white space projects (planning through handover)

•* Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors

•* Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

•* Oversee technical delivery including racks, power, and structured cabling

•* Ensure projects meet quality standards, operational processes, and compliance requirements

•* Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle

•* Ensure all Health Safety standards and documentation are met

•* Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery

•* Provide regular project updates, reporting, and documentation

•* Support technical discussions with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

•* 2–5 years of experience in project management within a data center or similar environment

•* Experience delivering white space projects (racks, power, cabling, infrastructure)

•* Strong understanding of operational standards, processes, and procedures

•* Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-heavy roles

•* Basic knowledge of Health Safety regulations and best practices

•* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

•* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools

•* CNET certification is a plus, but not required
