Job DetailsWhat you'll do:You'll manage client transactions end to end — serving as the primary point of contact for clients navigating a complex financial process. Your day will involve a high volume of client communication, transaction documentation, coordination with internal teams, and responding to inquiries with accuracy and care. You'll become a true specialist in a niche that sits at the crossroads of real estate, tax, and financial services.What you bring:

• Background in mortgage loan processing, banking, title coordination, or financial services client management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure
• Professional, polished written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A service-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of client interaction
• Real estate or legal background a plus but not required
• 1031 exchange experience a plus but not required
