You will be the first voice customers hear and a key part of keeping the schedule full. The better you perform the more you earn.
What You Will Be Responsible For Primary Focus
Inside Sales and Appointment Booking Priority One
Call potential clients approximately 48 hours after their initial estimate to answer questions and help them move forward
Handle inbound calls and schedule new appointments annual maintenance visits and follow ups for past customers
Re engage previous clients who completed partial work and book appointments for full solution upgrades
Maintain light outreach to referral partners to help keep the lead pipeline active
This role is heavily phone based and performance driven.
Additional Responsibilities Priority Two
Accurately enter and update customer information notes and job details in the CRM
Track and report basic daily and weekly activity metrics including calls made appointments booked and reviews requested
Coordinate scheduling with vendors and communicate timelines with customers
Proactively request five star Google reviews from satisfied clients

Compensation and Incentives
Hourly base pay 16 to 17 dollars per hour based on experience
Booking bonuses for each appointment or maintenance visit booked
Sales commission on closed deals resulting from your follow up efforts
High performers consistently earn more through bonuses and commissions.
