As we prepare for our next development, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team as an Entry Level Client Support Agent.As a customer acquisition firm, our mission is to build strong connections with our clients and their customer base. Our Entry Level Client Support Agents act as a liaison to maintain our client’s relationship with their loyal consumers. We prioritize our customer’s needs, create solutions, process their sales orders with care, and leave them with an unforgettably positive impression. We ensure that our Entry Level Client Support Agents are given the right tools to succeed through our comprehensive training. If you are truly passionate about growing your interpersonal skills, collaborating in a team environment, and eager to develop your career, then our Entry Level Client Support Agent role was made for you! As An Entry Level Client Support Agent You Will Be:
- Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
- Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on renewable energy and solar options
- Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all information to set up a consultation
- Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm appointments and follow ups
- Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, and structure is updated and retained
- Collaborating as a team with fellow Client Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals
- Possess strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess potential challenges and be solution oriented
- An exceptional student mentality and desire to enhance a customer’s experience
- Highly motivated and works well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build a strong rapport with clients and consumers in a compassionate, empathetic, and positive manner
- Prior experience as Customer Service Representative or Client Support Representative is a bonus
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- US Work Authorization
- Hours of Operation for this position are 9:00am - 6:00pm
