Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist in managing client accounts, supporting communication workflows, and providing administrative support to client services teams. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent client service delivery.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Support
Assist with client communications and account tracking. Support onboarding, follow-ups, and documentation. Coordinate account-related administrative tasks.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain client records and generate reports. Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with client services, operations, and project management teams. Assist leadership in process improvement and client support initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.• 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients. Familiarity with client account support and onboarding processes.

Work Environment
• Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).• May require occasional travel.• Must be eligible to work in the United States.• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
