What You'll Do
- Climb and prune with precision. Perform tree pruning, tree removal, shrub pruning, mulch installation, and stump grinding on client properties.
- Operate like a pro. Handle small engine equipment including chainsaws, shears, string trimmers, and more.
- Own the client experience. Communicate clearly with clients about the services being performed and what to expect - leaving every property and every customer in great shape.
- Work hard, together. Thrive in a team environment while also being able to get things done independently when needed.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Good physical ability and comfort working at heights
- Safety focus and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull objects while walking 3+ miles per day
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license required; CDL holder or ability to obtain a CDL is a strong plus
- Heavy equipment experience is a bonus - clam truck, bucket truck, or aerial truck experience highly valued
- Ability to obtain DOT certification
