Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to work at a facility in Green Bay, WI.Pay Rate: $ / hourDuties: Job Summary: We are looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering outstanding pediatric dental care. We pride ourselves on creating positive experience for children and families in a modern, team-oriented environment – where patient comfort, safety, and quality care comes first.Job Responsibilities: -Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for pediatric dental procedures.-Educate children and parents in oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.-Take and process dental radiographs as directed.-Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.-Assist dentists chairside during dental treatments and ensure patient comfort.-Maintain dental supply inventory and ensure instruments are properly sterilized.-Adhere to infection control protocols, OSHA compliance, and safety standards.-Provide reassurance and comfort to pediatric patients before, during and after treatment.nullSkills: Required Skills & Experience: -One year of hands-on experience as a Pediatric Dental Assistant.-Ability to build trust and rapport with children and their families.-Proficiency in routine clinical tasks such as taking x-rays, setting up/breaking down rooms, and passing instruments.Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/ARequired Skills & Experience: -One year of hands-on experience as a Pediatric Dental Assistant.-Ability to build trust and rapport with children and their families.-Proficiency in routine clinical tasks such as taking x-rays, setting up/breaking down rooms, and passing instruments.Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/AEducation: Required Education: -Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
