Leadership & Career Growth

As Clinic Director, you'll guide both clinical excellence and operational strength within the Alexandria location. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to:

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a motivated, people-centered leader who thrives in both patient care and team development. An ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team
Strong orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy expertise
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility)
