The Clinic Education Manager plays a key role in ensuring highâquality care by developing and supporting the clinical workforce. You will design and deliver education programs, champion evidenceâbased practice, and serve as the EMR super user to help teams document efficiently and compliantly. This role directly impacts the safety, consistency, and quality of patient care across the clinic.

Your Day-to-Day
Education & Training
- Lead orientation for newly hired clinical staff.
- Develop ongoing skills training, competency assessments, and annual education.
- Coordinate certifications and continuing education opportunities.
- Create educational resources (manuals, videos, job aids).
- Deliver coaching and bedside teaching.
EMR Super User Support
- Lead EMR onboarding, training, and competency development.
- Standardize documentation workflows.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting.
Clinical Practice Support
- Serve as a resource for RNs, MAs, providers, and clinical teams.
- Update workflows, policies, and procedures with evidenceâbased standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and patient care.
Quality & Compliance
- Conduct documentation and medication audits.
- Support inspections, accreditation, and internal audits.
- Participate in quality, safety, and education committees.
- Assist with continuous quality improvement and corrective plans.
Leadership & Management
- Supervise MA Clinic Educators and ensure consistent onboarding and performance standards.
- Set schedules and assignments; address performance issues as needed.
- Ensure safe work environments and adherence to conduct standards.
- Communicate education goals and progress to leadership.
- Maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, Joint Commission, CDC, state guidelines).
- Support budgeting and verify payroll/timekeeping.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR.
- Provide clinical support as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Required:
- Active RN license in Michigan
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
- 1+ year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

Position Type & Hours
Fullâtime, exempt. Occasional additional hours may be required for urgent issues, regulatory deadlines, or onâcall needs.
