Clinic Manager – The Joint ChiropracticSalary: $45,000 per year + Bonuses & IncentivesThe Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations (Buford mall of GA, Dacula, Decatur, Flowery branch, Lawrenceville, Loganville, North Druid Hills, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Tucker) within the Atlanta area.Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staffDrive sales, memberships, and patient retentionMonitor performance metrics and achieve business goalsEnsure excellent customer service and patient satisfactionMaintain operational standards and complianceTravel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support Full-time position – clinics are open 7 days a week, and work schedules may vary based on business needs Qualifications:Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred)Strong sales and customer service backgroundExcellent communication and team-building skillsResults-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary: $45,000/yearPerformance bonuses and incentivesCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationPositive, team-oriented work environmentJoin The Joint Chiropractic and be part of a team dedicated to improving lives through quality chiropractic care.Apply today and grow your leadership career with us!
