Clinic Medical Assistant RFFP PRN (as needed)

Come join our Roaring Fork Family Practice Team as a PRN (as needed) Clinic Medical Assistant! Located in Carbondale, CO

As the Clinic Medical Assistant, you will:

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

1. Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic.
2. Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.
3. Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date. 
• Required to successfully completion of Assessment-Based Recognition (ABR) program in order entry for electronic health records (EHR’s), within 30 days of hire.

SALARY RANGE

• $20.41-$30.02/hour (PCT Clinic) + 14% PRN differential
• $21.23-$31.22/hour (CNA Clinic) + 14% PRN differential
• ‎$22.08 to $32.47/hour (MA Clinic) + 14% PRN differential
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for PCT/CNA/MA
