LCMC Health is seeking a dynamic Manager, Outpatient Clinic to lead the daily operations of a busy outpatient practice while championing outstanding patient care, staff engagement, and clinical efficiency. We are especially interested in candidates with a Women's Health background, including experience supporting OB/GYN, Women's Services, Maternal Health, Reproductive Health, or related specialty practices.

What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire Clinic Teams

  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered culture.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth.

Optimize Clinic Operations

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient access, flow, and service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall clinic performance.
  • Implement operational best practices that enhance efficiency while maintaining quality outcomes.
  • Monitor clinic metrics and support continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Ensure Compliance & Quality Excellence

  • Evaluate clinic policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Promote adherence to organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Maintain strong relationships with physicians, providers, senior leadership, and community stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clinic operations and organizational leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational success.
  • Support strategic goals and growth initiatives for outpatient services.

Manage Financial & Operational Performance

  • Oversee clinic operations within established budgets and financial targets.
  • Monitor staffing, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency while delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing clinic goals, objectives, and service enhancements.

Preferred Experience

Women's Health Experience Strongly Preferred

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare, clinical, or outpatient setting.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing clinic operations preferred.
