Position Overview: The Clinic Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- LMA: Lead, manage, and hold accountable the clinic staff.
- Client Relations: The company representative, when interacting with the client to ensure PRIME delivers exceptional services.
- Clinic Performance:
- Responsible for the accuracy of the services produced to the client, including the accuracy of services, authorization, and billing.
- Responsible for requesting and maintaining appropriate levels of inventory, cleanliness, and service management of the clinic.
- Patient Satisfaction: Responsible for the patient's experience and ensures the delivery of services is a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, advanced degree preferred
- License: N/A
- Experience: 3+ years of experience management in a healthcare setting.
- Skills:
- Effective communication, team building, and leadership skills
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to solve problems on the fly
Knowledge:
- Understanding of medical clinic operations.

Other Duties as Assigned
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift packages and other items, to walk short and long distances, climb stairs and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials and supplies.
Mental Requirements: Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with employees and visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
