Purpose:
The Clinical Account Specialist will be responsible for: clinical support and promoting BW products among current and potential customers; developing professional education for end-users; effective and strong collaboration with sales team members; developing the business growth on the territory.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide daily clinical and technical support during EP procedures, ensuring real time guidance through mapping and ablation workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to ensure smooth procedure flow.
- Build deep expertise in arrhythmias, 3D mapping technologies
- Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
- Deliver high quality training sessions for new and existing users.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on customer education and development initiatives.
- Support the long term growth of EP centers across the assigned territory
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (medical, technical, biomedical, or related fields preferred).
- Readiness to work primarily in the hospital environment (approx. 90% of time).
- Strong relationship building skills and professional communication.
- High energy, self motivation, and excellent time management.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic clinical setting.
- Previous cardiology or electrophysiology experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Driving licence
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 7 200 PLN gross/monthly to 11 595 PLN gross/monthly.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
