Who We Are Looking For:

• Experienced and Certified: Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant with certification from an accredited dental assisting program.

• Licensed: Must have radiography and EFDA licenses.

• Skilled in Patient Communication: Ability to ensure quality patient service by providing thorough care, effective communication, and personal attention in a caring manner.

• Team Player: Effectively communicate and develop strong working relationships with the dental team, promoting teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.

• Proficient in Clinical Duties: Experienced in preparing and managing treatment rooms, equipment, sterilization areas, and necessary instruments for dental procedures, following universal safety precautions and other safety standards.

• Chair-side Assistance Expertise: Skilled in providing chair-side assistance to dentists and specialists for a variety of procedures including restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency, and preventative treatments.

• Technical Skills: Competent in performing patient-related tasks such as taking intraoral scans, intraoral and extraoral photos, radiographs, CBCT scans, and laboratory procedures like pouring up study models, fabricating bleaching trays, making temporary crowns, etc.

• Eager to Learn: Willingness to embrace new techniques and concepts for continual professional development.
