The ART is a 22-bed, short-term residential treatment program in Middleboro, MA. Our program uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as the primary treatment modality to serve patients experiencing a variety of psychiatric and psychosocial challenges, including suicidal and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors, mood and anxiety disorders, substance misuse, psychosis, and trauma reactivity.

This individual will utilize adult learning principles, evidence-based practices, and assessment of learning techniques to maximize the learning experience. Assists in assuring clinical policies and procedures are followed. The ability to be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and demonstrate effective communication skills are essential for this position.\Does this position require Patient Care?
