The Position: Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Queen of Peace, is hiring a Clinical Manager of Counseling. In this role, leads clinical operations by integrating quality care, staff oversight, regulatory compliance, and program performance to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable service delivery. This role balances strategic leadership with day-to-day oversight of clinical staff and client care, ensuring alignment with the Ministry's mission, commitment to clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and broader organizational priorities.

As a Clinical Manager of Counseling Services continue to expand in scale and complexity, this position plays a critical role in strengthening clinical consistency, supporting staff development, and advancing overall program performance.
