Prosper Infusion provides concierge-level infusion care to patients with rare conditions and is looking for someone to join our Tampa Nurse Manager team!

Doctors, patients, and nurses prefer to work with us over our competitors due to our service, technology, and quality.About the role:As a Nurse Manager, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. This is not a remote position, you will be onsite with our staff.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Manage staffing, training, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and physicians
  • Champion quality improvement, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance
  • Be the go-to clinical leader in a one-of-a-kind hybrid care environment
  • Participate in community outreach and represent the organization with pride

As a Nurse Manager, you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup-style care model
