Job DetailsThe Nursing Instructor – Theory & Clinical is responsible for delivering classroom-based nursing theory instruction while also supervising students during clinical rotations. This role plays a key part in ensuring students are academically prepared, clinically competent, and practice-ready.Key Responsibilities:

• Teach nursing theory courses in alignment with program curriculum
• Supervise and evaluate students during clinical rotations
• Develop lesson plans and clinical objectives
• Provide ongoing feedback and student mentorship
• Maintain accurate academic and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with program, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in faculty meetings and curriculum support initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered California RN license
• Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing required
• Prior teaching, precepting, or clinical leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and instructional skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends
