This new and impactful leadership opportunity invites a visionary clinical leader to shape the future of national clinical operations within our Operations and Accident Benefits Administrative Department. As the Manager, Clinical Operations, you will build and elevate a new function that influences clinical excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director, you will lead national multidisciplinary clinical teams, business relationship roles, and strategic vendor partners, ensuring clinical integrity, operational consistency, and best‑in‑class claimant outcomes.

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams nationally, setting standards for clinical quality, service excellence, and operational performance.

  • Oversee national clinical governance, including audits, quality indicators, continuous improvement, and identification of systemic risks or opportunities.

  • Direct national vendor management strategies, including onboarding, governance, performance evaluation, and collaboration with procurement.

  • Drive major enterprise initiatives by contributing clinical expertise to project work, assessing training needs, and supporting change management and modernization efforts.

  • Conduct data‑driven analysis of claims and financial trends, complete gap analyses, and recommend solutions to optimize clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
