Clinical Program Director of Residential Services- Waterbury, CT (Onsite) - Full Time- Mon-Fri, 40 Hours Onsite, At Least One Evening Shift Per Week - $90,000-$95,000 Per YearTitle: Clinical Program Director of Residential ServicesLocation: Waterbury, CT (Onsite)Employment Type: Full Time- Mon-Fri, 40 Hours Onsite, At Least One Evening Shift Per WeekCompensation:Pay Range: $90,000-$95,000 Per YearDescription:• The Clinical Program Director of Residential Services provides leadership and oversight of residential behavioral health treatment services. • This full-time position, based in Waterbury, CT, requires the management of clinical and operational functions to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. • The role involves supervising a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Requirements:• Provide leadership and management of the Residential Treatment Program.• Coordinate and oversee program operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff through individual and group supervision.• Lead recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations.• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide clinical leadership.• Review and approve clinical documentation for quality and compliance.• Collaborate with facilities to maintain a safe and compliant environment.Qualifications:• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services field.• Active Connecticut licensure required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; LADC is a plus.• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a residential behavioral health treatment program preferred.• Experience with CSSD and/or DMHAS-funded programs preferred.• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel as needed.• Must possess a valid Connecticut driver's license.Contact Authorization:By applying for this job, you agree to receive AI-generated calls, text messages, and/or emails from Mitchell Martin Inc and its affiliates and contracted partners at various frequency through traditional and automated methods.
