$150,000 - $180,000 base salary with an opportunity for a yearly bonus.
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to lead and further develop our Post-Doctoral Training Program. This is a unique opportunity for a psychologist who is passionate about supervision, teaching, mentorship, and shaping the future of the profession.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence training standards, develop educational programming, mentor emerging psychologists, and help build one of the premier post-doctoral training experiences in private practice.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Clinical Supervision & Professional Development
Provide weekly individual supervision to each post-doctoral fellow
Facilitate 1x/week group supervision and case consultation
Support fellows in developing strong clinical judgment, case conceptualization, and professional identity
Review and sign clinical documentation
Ensure fellows are meeting licensure and training requirements
Training Program Leadership
Lead the development and execution of the didactic training calendar
Coordinate 1x/month training presentations with a guest speaker:
Identify internal and external experts to provide advanced clinical education
Help create a premier learning experience for early-career psychologists
Clinical Excellence & Quality Oversight
Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 18–20 sessions per week (varies based on workload)
Support schedule management and documentation standards
Monitor clinical engagement, retention, and treatment continuity
Provide coaching and consultation around complex clinical cases
Recruitment & Program Growth
Participate in recruiting and interviewing post-doctoral candidates
Help identify future talent for the organization
Serve as an ambassador for Thriving Center's training philosophy and clinical culture

Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in New York
Eligible to provide post-doctoral supervision in New York State
Minimum 4 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or training experience
Prior supervision, teaching, training, or leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment
Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills
