Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

New York, NY | $19–$21/hour | Full-Time

IMA Clinical Research is urgently seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team in NYC. In this role, you'll perform phlebotomy and lab processing to support participants in active clinical studies, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, high-quality data collection.

What You'll Do:

Perform phlebotomy for study subjects following established protocols
Process labs in accordance with study requirements
Maintain accurate and organized records of lab information
Follow all safety guidelines to protect patient and staff wellbeing
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
Take on additional tasks and work flexible hours as needed

What We're Looking For:

Current Medical Assistant certification (required)
Current phlebotomy certification (required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following protocols
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
