Behavioral Health Clinician? Juneau, AK? Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 Annually? Employment Type: Full-Time Make a Difference in Behavioral HealthWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position provides evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals, families, and groups while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide individual, family, marital, and group therapy
- Deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based behavioral health interventions
- Perform crisis intervention and safety planning
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources
- Provide patient and family education regarding mental health and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
- Support patients in achieving treatment goals and improved quality of life
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active or eligible licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong communication, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations across the lifespan
- BLS certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe
- Outpatient behavioral health counseling
