- Cultivate and expand relationships with KOLs through clinical engagement opportunities.
- Manage regional KOL networks to promote peer-to-peer events and educational opportunities.
- Deliver presentations in front of multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Influence account growth and development through clinical expertise and support.
- Support national and regional medical meetings and conferences, as needed.
- Contribute to development and delivery of clinical education literature and presentations.
- Provide direct clinical sales support to new and tenured CAMs through disease state and airway clearance expertise.
- Travel across a specified geography to join clinical area managers in field-calls while providing clinical sales support and continuing education.
- 5+ years clinical experience in the field of respiratory/pulmonary care.
- Current state RT or RN license in good standing.
- Clinical expert on airway clearance therapy, high frequency chest wall oscillation, and the diseases and conditions which require such therapy.
- Previous presentation development and/or skilled writing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in DME, sales, or sales support strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pulmonary anatomy and physiology, airway clearance functions, and respiratory therapy equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical education and mentorship.
- Highly adaptable to stakeholder needs and eager to take on new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a range of medical professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and presenting to groups of all sizes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with strong team building skills.
- Candidate must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must live within one hour of a major international airport within the West or Pacific regions.
- Ability to travel up to 75% with an expectation of spending at least three weeks per month in the field alongside sales representatives, meeting with physicians, or attending industry events.
