Position Details

• Pediatric outpatient clinic setting*
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available*
• Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM*

What You'll DoThe primary responsibility of the Speech-Language Pathologist is to evaluate and provide treatment for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders*
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals*
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting*
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes*
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments*
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate*
• Maintain professional and technical competencies while adhering to all state licensure, ethical, and regulatory standards*
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program*
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)*
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply*
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment*
• Passion for working with children and families*
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills*
