Seattle, WA | Onsite | Full-Time | Day & Swing Shifts Available

As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll strengthen the care we provide by strengthening the team-coaching, mentoring, and supporting crisis staff so they can deliver calm, skilled, compassionate support when it matters most.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Build trust with staff through coaching, consultation, and consistent on-shift presence
  • Ensure smooth phone room operations and strong clinical decision-making during high-acuity moments
  • Strengthen training and quality practices so staff feel confident, capable, and supported
  • Partner with scheduling and leadership to maintain reliable 24/7 coverage and seamless handoffs

Who You Are

You're a confident, compassionate clinical leader who thrives in meaningful, high-impact work. You value collaboration, recovery-oriented care, and supporting others through complex and emotionally charged situations.

Requirements

You bring:

  • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field
  • Qualification as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Washington State
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Comfort working in a phone-based or call-center clinical environment
  • An appreciation for the importance of 24/7 crisis services
  • Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period. Applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential.
