Position Title: Clinical SupervisorReports to: Clinical DirectorJob Type: Full Time, non-ExemptSupervisory Responsibility: YesWork Location:  San Antonio, TXRemote Eligible: Mostly in-office with WFH 1 day per weekCompensation:  This role is paid on an hourly basis: $50 per clinical hour; $70 per supervisory hour; $18 per administrative hourMonarch Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising the clinical work of up to six (6) assigned provisionally licensed and licensed staff while maintaining their own client caseload of 18 sessions per week.  The Clinical Supervisor provides weekly on-site clinical supervision and consultation as needed while promoting a positive and supportive workplace.   The ideal candidate is licensed in the state of Texas as an LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or Licensed Psychologist and has at least 3 years of experience providing direct care, preferably in a private practice environment.  They must also be well-organized and detailed in their approach to their work.  This is an entry-level leadership position, working in collaboration with the Clinical Director and team of Clinical Supervisors. This position may be perfect for you if you:

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTSMonday – Friday, up to 35 hours per week with sufficient flexibility to meet client and practice needsThis role will supervise up to 6 clinicians, including weekly supervision and group case consultation and will see an average of 18 clients per week. LOCATIONThis role is performed mainly in the San Antonio office with opportunity to work remotely up to 1 day per week.GENERAL DUTIES

• Consults with their assigned clinicians as weekly or needed, providing effective and ethical interventions
• Reviews staff schedules and ensures they are meeting their caseload requirements
• Provides new employee training and orientation and ongoing support
• Participates in interviewing and hiring activities
• Audits and evaluates and verifies employee performance
• Identifies staff development and training needs
