Job Title Peripheral Vascular Procedure Team Clinical Staff (Scrub Tech Radiology Tech Paramedic Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical Assistant) Client Vascular Medicine Physician Client of Eternal Medical Services Location & Setting Outpatient vascular office setting with one procedure room. Patients are treated under moderate sedation. Employment Type & Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Monday Thursday Start time 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM, depending on scheduled cases Hours may vary based on daily procedure volume Daily end times vary depending on cases scheduled and when the last patient is discharged Shifts may range from an 8-hour day up to a potential 12-hour day No benefits Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $20 $35 per hour, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Benefits: None Training: Willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, willing to learn, and able to consistently execute skills and workflows as taught Overview We are seeking versatile, team-oriented clinical professionals to support a busy outpatient vascular practice. This role supports peripheral vascular procedures and requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and a willingness to cross-train across functions in a small, collaborative environment. Procedures Supported Peripheral arteriograms (lower extremities) EVLT (Endovenous Laser Therapy) for leg vein procedures UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization) Fistulagrams Key Responsibilities Assist physician during vascular and interventional procedures Scrub, circulate, or provide procedural support as assigned Prepare procedure room, equipment, and sterile field Start and manage IV access Assist with moderate sedation monitoring per protocol Monitor and assess patients post-operatively until discharge criteria are met Accurately document patient care and procedural details Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced outpatient setting Assist with office and clinic duties as needed, including patient flow support and room turnover Provide patient and family education related to procedures, post-op care, and follow-up instructions Support patient scheduling, coordination, and case preparation Assist with supply inventory management and ordering, as approved by leadership Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and team members Cross-train across clinical and administrative functions as needed to support workflow Provide excellent patient-centered care in an outpatient setting Required Qualifications (one of the following) Certified Surgical / Scrub Technologist Licensed Radiology Technologist (vascular/interventional experience preferred) Paramedic (active license) Registered Nurse (RN) active state license Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active state license Medical Assistant certification preferred Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred Skills & Experience Experience with vascular, interventional radiology, or surgical procedures preferred Comfortable working in a single-room procedural environment Ability to work efficiently within a small, collaborative team Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing time efficiently to meet patient care and procedural demands Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient education skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to cross-train and perform multiple clinical and office support roles Ability to remain calm and focused during procedures Physical & Other Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and position patients as needed Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Why Join Us Consistent weekday schedule (no nights, weekends, or call) Outpatient procedural environment Small, collaborative team Opportunity to expand skill set across multiple vascular procedures Respectful, professional work environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care Eternal Medical Services is an equal opportunity staffing provider.
