Job Description
Position Overview
This position will assist in the orientation and ongoing training of new and existing clinical staff. Must be able to evaluate Clinical staffs’ ability to perform clinical skills for re-credentialing. This individual will assist in assuring clinical office policies and procedures are being followed.

Location and Hours of Position
PHN Training & Development Department: 100 Shenango Avenue, Sharon, PA 16146
Monday Friday: 8:30am 5:00pm
No Weekends
Education/Experience Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with an active licensure in PA or/and OH required, willingness to obtain both is required.
Two years of previous training experience preferred
Previous clinical experience in an office or ambulatory care setting preferred
Previous FQHC and experience with electronic medical records a plus
Must have a valid Drivers license and be willing to travel
Must possess the following:
· Strong clinical skills
· Effective communication and teaching/training ability
· Proficient computer and organizational skills
· Flexibility
