  • Protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, ethical standards, payer requirements, regulatory requirements, and BHN policies.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, evidence-based treatment consultation, required training, and continuing education while working toward or maintaining professional licensure.

Who You Are:

  • Experience or training working with individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance-use disorders, or a demonstrated willingness to develop this expertise.
  • Broad knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment approaches, including the needs of adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or children with serious emotional disturbance.

  • Proficiency with electronic health records, internet, word-processing, email, and telehealth platforms.
  • Flexibility to provide services in multiple settings and maintain an established schedule that may include rotating evening or weekend coverage based on CBHC needs.
