THE PITCH: If you're a happy, enthusiastic, self-motivated closet design consultant, living in St. Lucie or Martin County, we've got a closet design consultant position with your name on it! WHY US? Inspired Closets is a rapidly expanding nationwide brand. Inspired Closets Treasure Coast opened in 2019. Inspired Closets Melbourne opened in 2022. We are growing and have an immediate need to expand our design team in St. Lucie and Martin County. We have an exclusive design program, extensive training and tools with a paid four week training program. We offer a stable environment with tremendous growth potential.THE JOB: On average, you'll spend half of your time meeting with clients in their home or in our showroom. The other half of your time will be spent designing, communicating with customers, and working with our team to bring your designs to life. You'll also be designing home offices, garages, pantries and Murphy Beds.OUR VALUES: We want you to look forward to starting work every morning; so we've created a fun and supportive workplace for you. Down time with family and loved ones is important. Other than a rotating weekend schedule to respond to weekend inquiries, evening and weekend appointments are on an as needed basis, based on the customer's schedule.HOW WE SELL: We win sales through listening, creativity, attention to detail, exceptional service and earning our customer's trust. If you think your customers would write those same reviews about you, we need you on our team!THE BENEFITS: Compensation is commission, with a draw, after the training program. You should be earning minimally $100k+. We pay 50% of medical, with access to dental, vision, and other insurance programs.TO OPEN THE DOOR:YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CLOSET DESIGN CONSULTANTEXPERIENCE WITH COMPUTER PROGRAMS AND APPS EXPERIENCE WITH CAD OR DESIGN SYSTEMRELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO REACH OUR CLIENT BASE FROM MARTIN TO BREVARD COUNTYRESIDE IN ST. LUCIE OR MARTIN COUNTYFULL DISCLOSURE: Experience and qualifications are only part of the story. The number one criterion we are looking for is how you will fit with our team and clientele. .
