KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and continuously improve a unified cloud-native CI/CD platform to provide standardized integration, delivery, and release capabilities for the company's microservice engineering teams.
Build and enhance DevOps platform capabilities, and drive the automation and platformization of key workflows such as build, test, release, deployment, and rollback.
Develop and engineer platform capabilities based on toolchains such as Jenkins and Argo Workflows to improve engineering efficiency, process consistency, and maintainability.
Provide onboarding and integration support for microservice teams using the CI/CD platform, including pipeline setup, template adoption, troubleshooting, and best practice enablement.
Contribute to the broader cloud-native engineering platform by integrating the CI/CD platform with Kubernetes, service governance, logging, monitoring, and source code management systems.
Continuously improve the DevOps engineering ecosystem by enhancing platform reliability, scalability, usability, and automation maturity.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, engineering, QA, and operations teams to standardize software delivery workflows and improve overall engineering productivity.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud-native DevOps, and drive continuous evolution of the platform based on business and engineering needs.
