Job Description
$3,000 Sign on BonusJoin The Lutheran Home as a full-time Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. - Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
- Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
- Assist residents with ADL care as needed
- Answer call lights and take appropriate action
- Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
- Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
- Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
- Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
- Participate in ongoing staff education and training
- Day Shift: 6:45am – 7:15pm
- Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:15am

- Current Missouri CMT certification
- Current Missouri CNA certification
