What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on care to residents, making sure they're comfortable and safe during treatments
- Perform routine check-ins and document updates accurately in patient records
- Work closely with the care team to support and carry out care plans
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to keep resident information private and secure
- Keep an eye on residents' health, noticing and reporting any changes right away
- Communicate clearly with residents and their families, helping them understand care and health needs
- Take part in monthly trainings to stay up to date and continue growing your skills
About You
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Current CPR/BLS
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience in patient service, with a focus on delivering compassionate care.
- Ability to lift patients or equipment as necessary while ensuring safety standards are met.
