Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Travel AssignmentNight Shift | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | 3x12 Schedule (36 Hours/Week)13-Week Contract | Akron, Colorado

Connected Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Akron, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while gaining valuable travel experience.

Position Details

Contract Length: 13 Weeks*
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)*
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)*
Location: Akron, Colorado*
Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.*
Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team.*
Measure and accurately document vital signs.*
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.*
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.*
Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.*
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Current and active Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to work in Colorado).*
Minimum of 1 year of travel CNA experience required.*
Current BLS certification.*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.*
