Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for weekend shifts in our healthcare facilities located in Pearland and The Woodlands. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide assistance with feeding patients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and ensure a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care needs.
- Document care provided accurately in the patient's medical record as required.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach towards patient care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Schedule:
This position requires availability for weekend shifts only. Specific shift hours will be discussed during the interview process.
