- REQUIRED:Certified Nursing Assistant I or II license in the state of North Carolina as verified via NC DHHS CNA I and/or II registry.
- Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary driving record checks and background checks.
- Access to personal vehicle that is registered and with valid auto insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
- Prior home care or nursing home experience a plus
- Part-time with every other weekend (Sat/Sun) required availability
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation/transfers)
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Follow a plan of care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the direct supervisor
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
