Job Description

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans
Ability to assist patients with mobility, as needed
