CNA Job Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, resident-focused care
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Toileting
Mobility assistance
Measure and accurately record vital signs
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Support resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members
Follow facility policies and state regulations regarding resident care
CNA Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred but not required
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
