What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Care for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living departments while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living.
• Provide care and services to residents as defined by individualized care plans. Care and services include, but are not limited to: ADL assistance, mobility assistance, positioning assistance and feeding assistance.

What You'll Need:

• Current and valid PA Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days vary, all shifts will be trained).
• A passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.

Additional Information:

• Base wage: $26.00/hour.
• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
• This position is not eligible for shift/weekend differentials or other employee incentives.
• The position will receive time and one half for hours worked on the holiday date. The holidays are specifically the full assignment that occur on the actual holiday, not all shifts listed for the "holiday requirement."
