Job Description

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) QMAP – Group Home SettingLocation: Steamboat, COJob Type: Full-Time, 40 hours, 13 week contract wit option to extend. Shifts Available: Variable Days/Evenings

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

  • Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).

  • Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional conditions and reporting changes to nurses or supervisors.

  • Assisting with mobility—helping residents transfer, walk, or use wheelchairs safely.

  • Providing basic first aid and following care plans developed by nurses or case managers.
