Job Description
CNA – PRN / Per Diem
Tri-State Nursing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN and per-diem opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
- Take and document vital signs as required.
- Respond to resident needs and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Follow facility policies and care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Active South Dakota CNA certification
- Current TB test and physical
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and compassionate
- Experience is not required — new CNAs are welcome!
