Key Responsibilities: " Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care. " Monitor and document resident health conditions. " Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and transfers. " Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times. " Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans. " Adhere to all healthcare and facility regulations.

Qualifications: " Current and valid CNA license in AK " BLS certification required " LTC/SNF experience preferred " Strong interpersonal and patient care skills #HLT123
