Key Responsibilities: " Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living. " Record patient information and communicate updates to nursing staff. " Assist with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene. " Maintain patient comfort and safety standards. " Follow care plans and facility guidelines. " Ensure compliance with infection prevention procedures.

Qualifications: " Current and valid CNA license in NM " BLS certification required " Previous LTC experience preferred " Excellent teamwork and communication skills
