Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a CNA Med Surg for our client in Portland, OR 97216. This is a 13 Weeks contract assignment. Position Title: CNA Med Surg Location: Portland, OR 97216 Duration: 13 weeks Work Schedule: Days 7:00 AM 7:30 PM Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitoring and recording vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Providing compassionate patient care and emotional support
• Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided
• Ensuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Observing and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
• Following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
• Assisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intake

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Current and valid CNA license in OR- No License hits allowed
• 1 Year CNA experience
• BLS/CPR certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
