Job Position: CNA- Tele
Location: 10123 SE Market Street, Portland, OR 97216
Duration: 13 weeks contract with all possible extension
Shift: 3x12 – Day
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
- Assist with feeding and intake/output tracking
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Active CNA Certification• Minimum 2 years of experience• Med Surg experience preferred• BLS (Healthcare Provider) required
