Job Description

We are looking for a per diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Nursing Facility

Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 12-hour shifts)

Role OverviewAs a CNA at a Nursing & Rehab Center, you will provide essential daily living support and compassionate direct care to our residents in a long-term care and rehab setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Assist with direct patient care, transfers, and repositioning under the supervision of nursing staff.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the primary RN/LPN.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in good standing.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care facility preferred.
Strong communication skills and reliable attendance.
